This is a registered office and not a trading address. There is no office to visit and no reception. A business whose work is done entirely from public sources and delivered as a document does not need one, and implying otherwise would be the kind of thing this body’s own assessment flags.

- The company’s registered name and its website address.
- The name and role of the person who can answer questions about the company’s records.
- Confirmation that you are authorised to request an assessment of this business.
- Your usual email signature, unchanged.
We reply within one working day with the scope, the fee and what happens next.
